Terms and Conditions

1. Submission of a booking form confirms the owners acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Bookings are not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid. This is non refundable. Balance refunds, due to curtailment of your dog(s) stay will be at the discretion of Staffordshire Holidogs.
3. Holidogs is authorised, once in receipt of a signed booking form to seek and obtain veterinary care with the release of all liabilities related to transport, treatment and expenses and the client shall reimburse Holidogs for all expenses incurred.
4. The client must provide full, detailed and true confirmation in the booking form and agree to keep Holidogs informed of any changes in your dogs profile.
5. If your pet’s behaviour prohibits Holidogs from caring for them, we reserve the right to place your pet in to kennels.  All expenses will be met by the client.
6. All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, worming and flea treatment and to be in good health for each period of boarding.
7. All dogs must be microchipped
8. Holidogs is fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and is licensed and registered with Staffordshire Moorlands District Council. Licence No SMDC/ABO009
9. Holidogs do not accept any dogs registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and dog hybrids registered under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (e.g. Wolf hybrids).
10. Holidogs do not accept entire male dogs and bitches due in season.  Puppies under 6 months of age by arrangement.
11. Holidogs will ensure all care to ensure the happiness, safety and well being of your pet. Please note if your dog requires medical attention during their stay and cannot be taken to their own vet, then you must give consent for us to take it to Leek Moorlands Veterinary Centre with whom Holidogs have an agreement with for any emergency
12. In the event of an emergency where we are unable to proceed with the boarding or day care, Holidogs reserve the right to cancel the booking and return deposits paid.
13. All dogs will wear Holidogs tags for the duration of their stay.
14. Any late pick ups, for whatever reason will be charged at the daily rate
15. Clients must in agreement for their dog to be boarded with other dogs from different households and be walked off the lead when Staffordshire Holidogs thinks it is safe to do so.
